Modern make up

A house from the 50s changes design through a complete restyling. Arredo Jolly took part in the project by taking care of the entire interior from furnishings to coverings, while for the exterior it took care of all facades coverings.

The facades of the stone house blend with nature as the background, while the windows from the inside give depth to the structure by breaking down the boundary between inside and outside.

A house that lets itself be enveloped by greenery and remains silent looking at Lake Maggiore. A light geometry, but at the same time elegant and refined.

Here, in a context like this, the project of wanting to merge the interiors with the exteriors through large windows facing the infinite.

From the regular and square geometries, as if to recall a construction by Le Corbusier, the desire for a modernized house arises, from the exteriors that blend the stone effect (Geopietra) with the wood effect (Marazzi) of the facade.

Neutral colors with touches of selected colors.

The interiors of the house are punctuated by natural materials such as the wood of the floors and the marble of the master bathroom, all wrapped in a color scheme of black and gray that acts as a common thread to the entire home.

Furniture such as Rastelli for the kitchen, Gessi and Antonio lupi for the bathrooms represent the elegant and modern style of the client.

Interior Design.

The staircase that connects the first floor to the second floor is outlined by a wallpaper depicting a dancer on a thread is predonimant. The minimal furniture has been carefully chosen and follows a neutral color palette with touches of selected colors that blend with the overall concept.
